They generally arrive on time, except occasionally when a new caregiver starts and is unfamiliar with the area. When this happens, the employee always calls to let us know. Caregivers are generally extremely responsive to suggestions and eager to work with clients' changing needs. Additionally the administrative staff works hard to fill in gaps in the schedule and accommodate my parents' preferences.

Their policy was to drive only the clients. What I think is great about them is they try to match the senior to a caregiver with similar interests. Beside the issue with driving rule, we would have stayed with them. The caregiver Home Instead provided for my mom did a great job interacting with her and meeting her needs.

Caring and patient with my mother in the final months. She helped so much, giving me and my brother a much needed break so we could attend to our own lives while fulfilling my mothers wishes to stay in her home.
