We are using the caregivers for the evening time hours. They help my mother with her night time routine and getting ready for bed. They are very prompt and are always pleasant and happy to be there. We have been there several times while the caregiver has been there- they are always expressing their willingness to help in any way with my mother. They have a 4-hour minimum and I don't always need someone for that long. All the caregivers were so good with my father who is 91. We had a problem that turned out to be our fault.
